Cancellation & Credit Policy

Please note: All cancellations are issued as account credit (not cash) and must be used within 90 days.

1. Cancelling within 60 minutes of booking

  • You will receive 100% of your booking fee as credit.

2. Cancelling more than 24 hours before your reservation

  • You will receive 50% of your booking fee as credit.

  • If your cancelled table is rebooked by someone else, you may receive the remaining 50% as credit.

3. Cancelling on the day of your reservation

  • Normally, no credit is issued.

  • If your table is successfully rebooked by someone else, you may receive 100% of your booking fee as credit.

4. Using your credit

  • Credits are valid for 90 days and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Fair use policy

  • A maximum of three credited cancellations can be claimed in any rolling 30-day period.

6. No-show policy

  • Accounts with three or more no-shows within 12 months may be deactivated.
